【江苏名筑设计新作】230㎡世茂天际

家庭成员组建了家庭，每个人的需求，决定了空间的功能及风格，并非是个人或设计师的喜好表达。Family members form a family. The needs of each person determine the function and style of the space, not the preferences of individuals or designers.

△客厅

家人希望空间能够表达，生活是丰富多彩的，空间是多变的，非绝对围合的。能够为孩子们创造美好的童年回忆，能给他们带来更多想象的空间。Family members hope that space can express, life is colorful, space is changeable, not absolutely enclosed. It can create beautiful childhood memories for children and bring them more space for imagination.

△卢浮宫

而我更希望生活有仪式感，空间有聚焦的着力点。好比卢浮宫进厅的那盏项链吊灯，结构赋予她体量，线条的勾勒又是那么轻盈优雅，内在的张力撑满空间，法式古典建筑风格在她的照耀下，空间的仪式感满满。每每看到，都是那么赏心悦目。However, I prefer a sense of ritual in life and a focus in space. Like the necklace chandelier at the entrance of the Louvre, the structure gives her size, and the lines are light and elegant. The internal tension fills the space. Under her illumination, the space is full of ritual. Every time I see it, it is so pleasing to the eyes.

带上所有的希望，我们开始了一段关于“家的旅程”。With all our hopes, we started a journey about home.

△客厅

项目位于中国无锡，城市“心”上，处于120米的高空中，根据居住的心理需求判定，空间的呈现，不能过于简单或轻量化，应该是扎实的、有体量感的。The project is located in Wuxi, China, on the "heart" of the city, at a height of 120 meters. According to the psychological needs of the residents, the presentation of the space should not be too simple or lightweight, but should be solid and have a sense of size.

因为是50层的超高建筑，空间的结构极其复杂，2个飘窗，4个阳台，21根梁，12处承重墙。如何将这些建筑弊端弱化，也成了设计过程中的痛点。Because it is a 50 storey super high building, the space structure is extremely complex, with 2 bay windows, 4 balconies, 21 beams and 12 load-bearing walls. How to weaken these architectural drawbacks has also become a pain point in the design process.

“设计，是制造问题和解决问题的过程”，平面方案是空间呈现的底层逻辑，“是空间的骨架，骨不正着衣难”。"Design is the process of making and solving problems", plane scheme is the underlying logic of space presentation, "it is the skeleton of space, and it is difficult to dress if the bones are not right".

△客厅

运用商业设计的突破思维方式，重新梳理空间逻辑是我们的工作习惯，对于住宅空间也同样有效。根据功能，规定动线，将空间重新划分，利用形体的咬合及穿插关系，形成空间的多重递进。最终实现了，4间卧室、3间卫生间、琴房、书房、餐厅、客厅的空间配置。It is our work habit to use the breakthrough thinking mode of commercial design to rearrange the spatial logic, which is also effective for residential space. According to the function, the moving line is specified, the space is re divided, and the multi progression of space is formed by the occlusion and interpenetration of the body. Finally, the space configuration of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, piano room, study, dining room and living room is realized.

将南北阳台扩建到室内，空间横向加长至15.6米，客厅、餐厅二改三增加书房，利用原过道位置作为餐厅，形成客厅、餐厅、书房三个空间的联动。The north and south balconies will be expanded to the interior, and the space will be extended horizontally to 15.6 meters. The living room and dining room will be changed from two to three, and the study will be added. The original aisle location will be used as the dining room, forming the linkage of the living room, dining room and study.

△书房

在顶面的处理上，为了遮蔽建筑梁及空调，做了边顶造型，在细节的处理上，将内部阳角做成弧形，模糊界面关系，2公分厚度的边顶，造型简洁轻巧，将空间的高度全部展现。In the treatment of the top surface, in order to shield the building beams and air conditioners, the side and top shapes are made. In the treatment of details, the internal external corners are made into arcs, blurring the interface relationship. The edge and top with a thickness of 2cm are simple and light, showing the height of the space.

△餐厅

餐厅流苏艺术灯具，垂挂于吊顶中心，偏于鸭蛋形餐桌一端，作为餐厅突出装饰的同时，也设定为玄关的远景，将空间的仪式感提升。The tassel art lamps in the restaurant are hung in the center of the suspended ceiling, leaning to the end of the duck egg shaped table. As a prominent decoration of the restaurant, they are also set as the perspective of the porch, which enhances the sense of ritual in the space.

△玄关

光影交错，将琐碎与艺术糅合；精雕细琢，打造多元化设计语境。通过功能的疏理、艺术的考究，结合建筑体量，简洁而雅致的勾勒出空间的多变与灵动。

主卧作为家庭中的重要场景，应该是有特点的、有仪式感的。

△主卧室

卧室在东南角，入口在端头，被动线限定。用逆向的思维分析，先进入衣帽间、卫生间，在进入卧室，也未尝不可，只要足够惊艳。The bedroom is in the southeast corner, the entrance is at the end, and is limited by the moving line. With the reverse thinking analysis, you can enter the cloakroom and bathroom first, and then enter the bedroom, as long as it is amazing enough.

△主卫

于是拆除了全部的非承重墙，将衣帽间及卫生间完全敞开，利用玻璃划分虚拟空间，将空间最大化的同时，也可以独立使用。形成递进关系，让弧形玻璃和浴缸成为端景至于当中，构建回形动线。Therefore, all non bearing walls were removed, the cloakroom and toilet were fully opened, and the virtual space was divided by glass, which maximized the space and could also be used independently. Form a progressive relationship, and let the curved glass and bathtub become the end scene, so as to build a circular dynamic line.

△儿童盥洗区

儿童盥洗区是走道和客厅的连接部分，运用虚隔的手法，将空间隔而不断，使其成为空间的装置，让视觉有延伸感和窥探感，使孩子们在家人可观察到的开敞空间完成洗漱。The children's toilet area is the connecting part of the aisle and the living room. It uses the technique of virtual separation to separate the space and make it a space device, so that the vision has a sense of extension and snooping, so that children can finish washing in the open space that can be observed by their families.

△次卧室

去繁就简，演绎意式轻奢的优雅情调，讲述理想生活的表达方式。低调雅致，井然有序，宁静不失欢愉，淳朴不失轻盈。Cut down the complexity and simplify, interpret the elegant mood of Italian luxury, and tell the expression of ideal life. It is low-key and elegant, orderly, quiet and pleasant, simple and light.

随着时间的递进，孩子喜欢的东西越来越丰富，这个时期睿睿比较喜：欢乐高、奥特曼、枪械...于是利用衣柜和玩具柜做斜线切割，形成了空间中的房子。As time goes on, children like more and more things. In this period, Ruirui likes: Happy High, Altman, guns... so he uses the wardrobe and toy cabinet to make diagonal cutting to form a house in space.

△男孩房

在墙面设置乐高板、洞洞板、及丝质布，承载着他的喜好，随着成长这一切都是可变的，小房子可以变成书柜，也可以换掉柜门形成整体的界面关系。Lego board, hole board and silk cloth are set on the wall to carry his preference. With the growth, all these things are changeable. A small house can be turned into a bookcase, or the cabinet door can be replaced to form an overall interface relationship.

△女孩房

女孩喜欢粉色仿佛是种天性，同时默默比较喜欢：白雪、艾莎、城堡、玩偶、小伍（兔子）...于是利用柜子将建筑结构遮挡，将设备平台扩于室内，拉伸空间后做出了这一切的承载。孩子的空间应该充满想象，要给她一把开启的钥匙。It seems natural for girls to like pink. At the same time, they silently prefer: Snow White, Aisha, castle, dolls, Xiao Wu (rabbit)... So they use cabinets to block the building structure, expand the equipment platform indoors, and stretch the space to carry all these things. The child's space should be full of imagination, and she should be given a key to open it.

△乐器房

乐器房也是多功能房，希望成为孩子们唱歌、跳舞、玩乐器、锻炼身体的空间，小灯芯艺术玻璃中植入了蓝色和粉色渐变的抽象图案，在智能灯光的映射下，呈现出千姿百态，是孩子们的颜色，也是生活的丰富多彩。

执设计之笔，描摹生活轮廓，落笔于空间，沉淀时间的故事，堆砌理想的栖居，构建空间的理想观。设计即叙述生活，充满着共性与个性。功能需求是共性，艺术构建是个性；共性的收敛与个性的张扬，相融合、恰到好处，花开花落悠然去，另有天地在空间。
